10 Raeburn Park

10 Raeburn Park is a 4-storey building which is connected by linkways to a 2-storey building. Previously home to Gan Eng Seng Secondary School, the site is repurposed as a new prime office building. 

Located next to the Ayer Rajah Expressway, it is a short walk from Kampung Bahru Bus Terminal, Outram Park MRT station and Singapore General Hospital.

The multi-block building is decorated with lush greenery, providing tranquillity and a calm work environment. The building also includes an in-house food restaurant and ample car park lots. 

Shuttle bus service is provided to and from Outram Park MRT from 7.30 am to 10 am, 12 pm to 2 pm and 5.15 pm to 8 pm on weekdays.
